Chinese tech giant Xiaomi unveils it's brand new TV in the market.
According to San Francisco-based techcrunch.com website, it is 40" wide and as thin as
14.5mm.
The older version was 49" wide and 15.5mm thin.
It consists of Quad-Core MStar 6A908 Cortex-A9 CPU and basic graphic support of Mali0450 MP4 GPU with
1.5GB of RAM and
8GB of memory.
The new model has
1080p display with price range up to
$670.
It runs on
Android 4.4 (Kitkat) which can be upgraded to
Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
The TV goes on sale from 31st of March in China, however, Company had not declared that this product will be available in other market.
Xiaomi is the third largest phone maker company in the world based on the shipments.
